Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee all technical aspects of our organization, ensuring that our technology infrastructure and systems align with business goals and deliver exceptional value to clients.

The successful candidate will define and execute the company's technology strategy, identify new technologies and trends, and develop a robust technology architecture that supports scalability, security, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Technology Strategy & Vision:
    • Define the company's technology roadmap and vision in alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Evaluate new technologies and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
    • Develop a technology architecture that supports scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, developers, and IT professionals.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability within the technology department.
    • Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and professional development for the tech team.
  • Product Development & Delivery:
    • Drive the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for all products and services.
    • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
    • Collaborate with product management, sales, and other departments to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Infrastructure & Operations:
    • Manage and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networks, and data centers.
    • Implement best practices for cybersecurity, data privacy, and disaster recovery.
    • Ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    • Develop an efficient allocation of resources.
    • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for technology services and products.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Communicate technology strategy, progress, and challenges to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
    • Act as a technical expert and evangelist both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects and products.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms, programming languages, database technologies, DevOps practices, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
