Job Title: Payroll Professional

Role Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage the full cycle of payroll processing, including implementation, maintenance, and compliance.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with our US teams and clients to ensure seamless end-to-end payroll management.
  • This role requires strong attention to detail and ability to process payroll accurately and timely according to procedures and client requirements.
  • Apart from standard payroll duties, the individual must be proficient in utilizing QuickBooks Online, Gusto, Rippling, ADP Run, ADP WFN, Trinet, Paylocity, Justworks, and other relevant systems.
  • The chosen candidate should possess excellent communication skills, time management capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
  • In addition to these qualifications, a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations such as FICA, SUTA, Health Benefits, 401k, State Tax Filing, TPA administration, Workers Comp Insurance, Gross-Up/Non-Gross Up Bonus/Commissions, Overtime Calculation, and Wage Type process is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain accurate and timely payroll processes for various payroll types (weekly/monthly/bi-weekly)
  • Collaborate with US teams and clients for comprehensive payroll support
  • Process payroll-related tasks, including stop payments and re-issuance as required
  • Set up wage garnishment deduction administration based on orders
  • Handle ACH rejects, research payroll tickets/query, and prepare final checks (termination) according to state compliances
  • Produce required payroll reports from respective systems
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, employees, and vendors
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll management
  • Proficiency in using payroll software, such as QuickBooks Online, Gusto, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.
