Driving Digital Growth through Strategic Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Functional Lead to spearhead our efforts in accelerating user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our fintech products.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in defining and optimizing growth funnels, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment across departments to maximize business impact.
Our platform has almost 4 million monthly active users with 15% daily active users, and an installed base of over 58 million. We offer customers free and unlimited access to their bureau scores from two bureaus and aim to provide features across the credit cycle.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer acquisition, consumer journey, and consumer interaction with digital apps. They should have strong experience with digital marketing platforms and be able to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.
About You
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- You have 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- You have expertise in agile project and sprint management methodologies.
- You have a proven track record of devising and executing growth strategies that leverage app and web platforms.
Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement holistic growth strategies for the OneScore portfolio covering various acquisition and engagement channels.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Manage and coordinate with key platform partners such as Google and Meta to optimize growth campaigns, platform integrations, and new feature launches.
- Experimentation & Innovation:
- Drive growth by designing and scaling experimentation frameworks, leveraging beta tools and new features introduced by partners like Google and Meta.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate marketing strategies accordingly.
- Leadership & Mentorship:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Personal Loan monetization is preferable.
- Familiarity with fintech products, regulatory environments, and customer behavior.
