Senior Business Development Manager

The Senior Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving business growth through prospecting new clients in the Central Govt./State Govt./PSU Accounts.

This position requires a deep understanding of RFI and RFP submissions, as well as technical knowledge to identify potential new clients and turn this into increased business in IT/DC/Cloud/SI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage relationships with potential clients in Government/PSUs to generate business for the organization.
  • Develop approaches and pitches to secure new business opportunities.
  • Work with the team to develop proposals that meet the clients' needs, concerns, and objectives and pitch them the right solutions.
  • Attend industry functions, such as associations, events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

Requirements:

  • At least 10+ years experience within a B2B sales or account management role where you have worked with public sector clients.
  • Candidates with an established commercial network in the public sector would be preferred.

Skills and Experience:

  • Cloud sales, IT products and services Sales, Government sales, Business Relationship Management, OEM sales, BFSI Sales, PSU Sales, Central and State government
