Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unreal Artist to lead our team in the development of high-quality interactive applications and real-time experiences.

This role combines creativity and technical precision, requiring someone who can design, develop, and optimize interactive projects from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize interactive applications and real-time experiences in Unreal Engine.
  • Lead project development, ensuring creative vision, performance, and deadlines are met.
  • Import and integrate assets into Unreal workflows.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to create immersive environments.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance across various hardware and platforms.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical expertise.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and Unreal Engine advancements.
  • Create and maintain documentation of pipelines and technical processes.

Primary Skills:

  • Extensive professional experience in Unreal Engine (blueprints, materials, lighting, level design).
  • Ability to create and optimize real-time projects.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit for asset creation and integration.

Secondary Skills:

  • Understanding of architectural visualization workflows.
  • Familiarity with Maya or other 3D content creation tools.
  • Knowledge of rendering, shading, and PBR material workflows.
  • Experience with Blueprint scripting in Unreal.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional industry experience.
  • 5+ years dedicated to Unreal Engine development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing completed Unreal projects.
  • Proven experience with 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit in production environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
