Overview of the Position:
As a senior operations leader, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of real estate initiatives. This involves seamless coordination across various teams, including legal, finance, compliance, and on-ground teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee land monetization and development initiatives execution
- Coordinate with legal, finance, compliance, and external consultants to ensure timely closures
- Manage documentation, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder communications
- Build and lead local operational teams and vendor relationships
- Ensure governance, reporting, and risk management protocols are followed
- Act as the on-ground representative for the promoter group
Ideal Profile:
- 10-15 years of experience in real estate operations, project coordination, or asset management
- Strong understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks in real estate
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Experience working with Tier 1 developers or mid-sized platforms preferred
- Ability to relocate to Goa
