Offline Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Offline Marketing Specialist to spearhead all on-ground marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions. This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of offline initiatives such as open houses orientations RWA activations interschool competitions and community events.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual offline marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
  • Identify key offline channels locations and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
  • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:

As an Offline Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the planning promotion and execution of events such as:

  • Open Houses and School Orientations
  • RWA Activations and Community Outreach Programs
  • Interschool Competitions Workshops and Fairs
  • Kiosks roadshows and external education events
  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
Vendor & Partner Management:

Identify and onboard relevant vendors agencies and community partners handle negotiations contracts and vendor performance monitoring.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with:

  • Admissions Team – to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
  • Creative/Content Teams – to produce effective offline marketing collaterals.
  • Digital Marketing Team – to align offline efforts with online campaigns.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Track ROI on events and offline channels measuring metrics such as:

  • Footfall lead generation conversion rates and brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Event Management Communications or a related field MBA preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing preferably in education events or community engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing offline campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational negotiation and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and planning tools.

  • Passion for education community engagement and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Schedule & Travel:

Willingness to work on weekends especially during peak admission periods. Local travel required for event execution and community engagement.
