About the Job

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective assortment plans to drive sales growth.
  • Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with vendors.
