Fashion Merchandiser

This role involves leading the development of strategic merchandise plans to drive sales growth, margin expansion, and inventory optimization in an omnichannel environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion merchandising, with expertise in data-driven decision making, forecasting, and category management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight of merchandise planning processes, including seasonal demand forecasting, sell-thru maximization, and inventory management.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop category assortment recommendations and sizing analysis by channel.
- Monitoring of inventory aging and recommendation of actions on markdowns and liquidation.
- Driving pricing strategy and planning seasonal markdowns by item.
The successful candidate will possess:
- 6+ years of experience in planning in Fashion Retail and/or accessories.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office and planning tools.
- Experience in forecasting, merchandise planning, allocation, replenishment, and financial planning processes and systems.
- Commercially-minded problem-solving skills.
This is a self-directed role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
