Production Lead

The Production Lead is responsible for managing and supervising manual insertion, FG production, and testing line production teams.

  • Effective collaboration with the planning team to execute daily, weekly, and monthly material planning, achieving MPP targets.
  • Leadership Role: Resolve daily challenges through effective problem-solving and teamwork. Spearhead key enabling projects (KEPs) and improvement project activities in coordination with support groups.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including HODs from manufacturing, test engineering, warehouse, facilities, planning, procurement, safety, and HR.
  • Conduct regular production meetings to address productivity, efficiency, and quality concerns.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations across manufacturing departments, monitoring and controlling non-quality costs through corrective measures with the support of SRT Tool.
  • Implement and maintain SOP systems. Ensure ongoing monitoring and improvement of all production KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive manpower planning for the plant and implement multi-skilling for the workforce.
  • Manage ECO documentation and implementation control.
  • Review and recommend enhancements for existing inter-department procedures.
  • Take corrective actions through projects to address customer complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Experience - 15+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
