Senior Executive - Influencer Relations

Job Overview

Our rapidly expanding organization seeks an experienced Senior Executive to lead our influencer marketing efforts and media offerings.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the influencer marketing vertical, with a primary goal of increasing our influencer network and relationships.

  • Understand client requirements and assist in planning, designing proposals or pitch decks, along with execution plans for influencer marketing briefs.
  • Maintain brief turn-around times, understand relevancy, and create detailed proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Research, recruit, and onboard influencers using negotiation tactics and process downloads.
  • Brief, negotiate, and onboard influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • Manage a database and add new influencers to assigned categories/genres.
  • Build strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners, including celebrity management agencies, networks of content creators, and micro-influencers.
  • Coordinate closely with internal team members and external partners.
  • Execute campaigns seamlessly with influencer coordination and internal teams.
  • Meet quarterly campaign goals and targets.
  • Achieve high margins for all campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign metrics, create insightful reports, and provide reasoning for influencer activation.

Key Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Knowledge of social media insights and analytics.
  • Ability to work as a team, organize tasks, and have strong time management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • Well-organized with great interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
  • Client servicing expertise.
