The Product Support & Logistics Division is currently seeking a highly skilled Program Specialist to join their team. This individual will be responsible for leading strategic transformational projects, requiring strong project management and leadership expertise.

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with global teams to achieve project objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate multiple projects in parallel, collaborate with internal and external partners to identify project scope, provide rough order of magnitude estimates, lead collaboration sessions, proactively manage project risks, and deliver as per plan and with high quality.

Key Accountabilities:

  • ">
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities, deliverables, and resources of an SPM major release.
">

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.">
  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience.">
  • 2 years of IT project management experience.">
  • Experience leading medium complexity projects.">
  • Comfortable gathering, interpreting, and presenting data to high-level management.">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.">
  • Process development and improvement experience.

Desirable Skills:

  • ">
  • Initiative with willingness to take ownership and accountability.">
  • Strong customer focus and sense of urgency.">
  • Working knowledge of SAP (Service Parts Management, SAP Solution Manager, SAP methodologies).">
  • Proven leadership skills with medium complexity projects and ability to gain consensus from multiple levels of management as required.">
  • Proven ability to work with Enterprise-wide project sponsors, program managers, and project leads from many different functional areas.">
  • Focus on teamwork and ability to build consensus.">
  • Demonstrates commitment to IT Controls, methodologies, processes, and standards for transition planning and support.">
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Visio.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.">
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple Business, IT, and vendor partners and other management personnel, including on a global and virtual basis.
