Cloud Storage Optimization Engineer

We're looking for a highly skilled Cloud Storage Optimization Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases to ensure the quality of our cloud storage optimization solution.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain automated test cases to ensure the quality of our cloud storage optimization solution.
  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot automated suites of tests through continuous integration for value-added feedback.
  • Work with the Engineering Teams to derive testing requirements throughout the development cycle.
  • Reproduce, debug, and isolate problems and verify fixes; work closely with software developers to create software artefacts including test plans, test cases, test procedures, and test reports.
  • Test complex API and web-based applications that reference database back-end systems.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of functional testing and working with automation frameworks in an agile environment.
  • Experience in Selenium/Playwright for automation testing.
  • Experience in Java for test platform development.
  • Hands on experience in AWS/Azure.
  • Hands on experience API testing - RESTful.
  • Hands on experience in Automation Frameworks like Pytest and Testng.
  • Experience with Linux.
  • Highly experienced in Mysql, git.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to analyse complex problems in large systems.
