Job Description

As a senior associate in our data and analytics engineering group, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing robust data solutions for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage advanced technologies and techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and analyzing requirements specifications acceptance criteria to design effective test scenarios
  • Designing comprehensive test cases based on the test scenarios identified
  • Executing functional test cases to validate the functionalities, identify, document, and report defects in appropriate tracking tools
  • Performing regression load performance testing to ensure changes to the applications do not adversely affect existing functionalities
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, test results, defect reports, and relevant testing metrics

You will collaborate with test leads, development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and build and maintain test automation frameworks, test scripts to facilitate automated testing, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with strong technical skills in JMeter, LoadRunner, and Perf NF QA. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology is required, with 4-6 years of experience in data engineering and automation.

Candidates should possess excellent analytical skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have a strong understanding of data architecture, data-driven insights, and data ingestion.
