Automation Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead automation efforts, focusing on Power Automate and Logic Apps.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of workflow optimization, automation technologies, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation flows, building dashboards, and troubleshooting issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient Power Automate / Logic Apps workflows for ticket creation, enrichment, and notifications
  • Monitor flow execution, identify bottlenecks, and optimize automation processes
  • Develop automation solutions to sync SharePoint content, customer contacts, or Business Central triggers with Jira Service Management
  • Create SLA tracking and reporting dashboards using Jira, Power BI, and SharePoint
  • Maintain detailed documentation for all created and updated flows
  • Collaborate with QA/QC and Jira Consultant teams to ensure seamless operational flow compliance
  • Perform test automation with sample ticket scenarios to validate functionality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with Power Automate or Logic Apps
  • Fundamental understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON data formats
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (especially Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Bonus: Jira/JSM knowledge and expertise
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to continuously learn and improve
