Artificial Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to design and deliver structured developer sprints centered around AI, leveraging expertise in GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q.

This role involves guiding developer teams with mentoring experience, developing advanced prompt engineering skills for GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q, and fostering collaboration among developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deliver Hands-On Developer Sprints: Develop and implement developer-focused projects centered on AI technologies, including GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q.
  • Mentorship and Team Guidance: Provide guidance and support to developer teams, helping them navigate the complexities of AI development.
  • Prompt Engineering Expertise: Develop advanced skills in prompt engineering for GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q, ensuring seamless integration with developer workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Generative AI & Tool Expertise: Proven experience working with generative AI tools, including MCP usage and Agentic Orchestration.
  • Expert-Level Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q features, including Copilot Chat agents and Amazon Q's /dev command.
  • Intermediate Understanding: Familiarity with LLM fundamentals, AI ethics, and security practices.
  • Recent Experience: Recent experience working with Java, Python, and/or Visual Studio Code.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
  • Cloud Certifications: Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) and familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Open-Source Contributions: Active contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
