About the Role

You will be working as a game developer, creating new games and mini-apps using our proprietary AI tool-chain. Your daily tasks will involve generating, iterating, and judging these creations.

As a game developer, you will have to balance your creative side with a critical eye, ensuring that every game or app meets high standards.

  • Rapid game development: Ship fresh games/apps every day via internal builders.
  • Self-evaluation and rating: Review your own work, score it, and log why it is successful or not.
  • Promoting collaboration: Play, rank, and annotate fellow colleagues' work to improve the overall quality.
  • Gameplay optimization: Distill winning strategies into reusable templates and documentation.
  • Improving performance: File concise bug/UX reports that help engineers tune the AI.
  • Tracking engagement: Monitor retention dashboards; make adjustments to increase player interest.

This position would suit someone who has hands-on experience with Generative AI (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains), possesses a gamer's taste, and can articulate why something is enjoyable.

Key Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience with Gen-AI.
  • Comfortable communication in English (vocal and written).
  • Ruthless prioritization: Focus on the most promising ideas.
  • Bonus points for basic coding skills (light JS/Lua/React) or data analysis proficiency.

We offer a one-week paid trial period, followed by a long-term contract if both parties are satisfied.
