Job Title: Client Engagement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit and Activate advisors as per plan (activation on a monthly basis)
  2. Maintain Active Advisor productivity as per the plan.
  3. Foster business relationships to facilitate work activities.
  4. Evaluate advisor performance and provide guidance for improvement.
  5. Generate revenue and acquire new customers through face-to-face or digital interactions.
  6. Collaborate with reporting managers for regular performance reviews.
  7. Participate in training programs and meetings conducted by management.
  8. Ensure regular joint calls with colleagues.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Graduate degree
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Insurance Sales, preferably
