About the Opportunity:

AP Guru seeks an experienced Senior Academic Manager to oversee academic operations, ensuring quality delivery and efficient coordination between stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in international curriculum management and education resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Oversight
  • Ensure accurate task completion by coordinators and Relationship Managers
  • Monitor daily homework distribution and address gaps
  • Track tests and update test sheets promptly
  1. Data Management and Coordination
  • Maintain and update the academic student database
  • Collaborate with accounts team for trial sheets and fee messages
  • Maintain a clear overview of students, teachers, and classes
  1. Stakeholder Interaction
  • Address complex queries and resolve issues escalated by coordinators or RMs
  • Communicate with teachers and parents regarding concerns or updates
  1. Resource Management
  • Share resource materials with teachers and students
  • Search for and procure books or materials aligning with student needs
  1. Quality Assurance
  • Work closely with teachers to maintain high academic standards
  • Monitor the overall academic experience to ensure a productive learning journey

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in academic management or a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • A proactive problem solver who can handle challenging situations
  • Familiarity with educational resources and teaching methodologies is a plus
