Program Director Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our initiative focused on supporting gifted children through a parent-led approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated ability to implement solutions at scale, delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope.
  • Possesses a strong drive for results, consistently optimizing resources and maximizing efficiency.
  • Highly desirable: Prior experience with Giftedness, including understanding unique needs and characteristics of gifted individuals.
  • Experience in designing initiatives that support gifted learners or professionals, fostering their potential and capabilities.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating deep expertise and success in the field.
  • Proven ability to apply industry best practices, adapt to trends, and contribute strategically to organizational growth.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, building diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
