The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and driving the seamless onboarding of client data to our platform, providing a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the data onboarding process, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Data Management: Successfully manage the data onboarding process for customers who have purchased our products and need assistance connecting with relevant data sources during their onboarding journey.
  • Product Knowledge: Showcase the functionality and features of MProfit's platform to new customers, emphasizing data handling capabilities.
  • Process Improvement: Adhere to the company client onboarding process and SLAs, collect customer feedback, and communicate relevant feedback to the team.
  • Continuous Learning: Continuously update product knowledge to stay informed about new features, enhancements, and industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the data onboarding process and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Client Support: Assist clients in effectively utilizing the MProfit platform for data management, encouraging optimal use and adoption.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent MS Excel skills, with basic and advanced skills required.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Data Onboarding Intern or a similar role in a SaaS company is desirable.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of financial products, services, and industry regulations is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data effectively.
  • Mathematical Concepts: A strong understanding of mathematical concepts is required.
  • Accounting Principles: A basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
  • Data Aggregation: Familiarity with data aggregation processes and the ability to handle data from various financial institutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong convincing skills to guide customers through the onboarding process and address any concerns or objections.
  • Financial Technology: A strong understanding of financial technology and SaaS platforms is preferred.
