Infraspeak, a pioneering Intelligent Maintenance Management Platform (IMMP), is seeking a dedicated Customer Onboarding Specialist. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless onboarding and satisfaction of our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess great interpersonal and organizational skills, with prior knowledge of maintenance operations in areas like technical assistance and facility management being a plus. Experience with maintenance and CRM software is also valuable.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring maximum satisfaction and success in their portfolios.
  • Identifying and leveraging upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collecting feedback on the product and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Occasionally supporting sales teams with technical demos and attending customer events.
