Job Overview:

As a key account professional, you will be responsible for delivering Flytxt solutions to our esteemed clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely and successful project delivery while identifying areas of improvement to boost revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive engagement with C-level executives to communicate the value delivered by Flytxt and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients by negotiating and closing agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and collection as per contracted terms for Flytxt solutions and services delivered to clients.
  • Monitor key account metrics and forecast trends to effectively communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep clients informed about Flytxt's roadmap and new capabilities being introduced.
  • Transform clients into promoters by demonstrating value and obtaining new references from existing customers.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to foster collaborative teamwork.
  • Oversee overall business engagement and customer success processes for assigned accounts.
