Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced techno-functional professional to support the implementation, customization, and production support of core banking solutions on Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.5 release.

  • Support multiple modules within Oracle Flexcube (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments)
  • Perform requirement gathering , gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs.
  • Strong understanding of configuration settings for Oracle Flexcube modules and interfaces with external systems.
  • Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements and troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java based extensions.
  • Manage end-of-day / beginning-of-day operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ Years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as a techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes.
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury).
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems, and experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with EOD/BOD operations and parameter setup in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube's module configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and Java programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
