Job Title: Master Trainer for Speech and Drama

The role of a Master Trainer for Speech and Drama involves delivering high-quality training programs to teachers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of attendance, student lists, and lesson plans.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent professional relationships with school staff.
  • Researching and attending workshops to enhance skills as a Speech and Drama trainer.
  • Providing necessary training to teachers on advanced Speech and Drama techniques.
  • Conducting weekly Lesson Planning sessions and parent orientations to ensure smooth delivery of the program.
  • Preparing detailed reports and distributing information to parents and schools in a timely manner.
  • Supervising teachers' punctuality, attitudes, and overall performance to maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Managing classroom delivery and substitutions of teachers to minimize disruption.
  • Proactively implementing quality control measures and developing effective marketing strategies to promote the program.
Additional Responsibilities

In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Assisting in creating and implementing activities to upgrade staff skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with the Franchise network to collect and collate information related to the program.
  • Conducting quality checks and planning staff welfare activities to ensure a happy and motivated team.
  • Brainstorming ideas for promoting HO events and organizing staff meetings to foster a sense of community.
  • Planning and executing presentations at schools or parent days to showcase the program's success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Education, Speech and Drama, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching, training, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
