**Job Title:** Speech and Performance Educator

At our esteemed organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Performance Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional teaching abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate students to excel in their craft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach classes allocated by the management and maintain accurate attendance records, student lists, and lesson plans.
  • Foster positive relationships with school and center staff at all levels.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through research, theater studies, watching plays, and attending workshops to enhance skills as a Speech and Drama trainer.
  • Conduct outreach and promotion activities for the organization as required.
  • Prepare reports as instructed by the Senior Training Team.
  • Lead weekly Lesson Planning sessions with teachers.
  • Conduct parent orientations and presentations, guiding teachers on best practices.
  • Develop and distribute information to parents, schools, and other organizations as necessary.
  • Supervise teachers, ensuring punctuality, attitude, grooming, and training requirements.
  • Monitor classroom delivery, manage teacher substitutions, and maintain supervision sheets.
  • Implement proactive measures for quality control, branding, and marketing.
  • Develop content, work on production scripts, and conceptualize plays.
  • Assist in training, create schedules, and ensure teacher attendance.
  • Teach as a substitute teacher when needed.
  • Collaborate on activities and events to upgrade staff skills.
  • Interact with the franchise network, collecting information on curriculum requirements, certificate needs, and general PR.
  • Conduct quality checks on planning and execution for centers under HO and franchisees.
  • Plan and execute staff welfare activities.
  • Brainstorm with the team to promote HO events.
  • Assist in organizing and hosting staff meetings.
  • Achieve goals set for classes and improve overall curriculum delivery quality.
  • Plan and execute presentations at schools or for parent days, including prop-making, costume design, set design, light, and sound design.
