Sales Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for driving sales growth within a defined geographic territory or for a defined account rider. This includes the profitable sales of Teradata solution portfolio products, including software, professional services, hardware, and support services.

Collaboration and Communication

You will work closely with SEs (pre-sale technical team), engagement managers (service sale team), and CSM (customer success managers) to jointly develop the account plan.

Requirements

  • Holds a computer science or engineering degree.
  • Has 5-10 years solution selling experience, with a proven track record.
  • Has the capability to build long-term penetration plans into strategic accounts.
  • Used to work in multimillion-dollar contracts.
  • Has experience in selling data warehousing, data analytics, and AI solutions with a good understanding of the solution components.
