Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.
About the Role:
- You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Korean, ensuring high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support via voice and non-voice (email, chat, tickets) channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism.
- Process customer transactions, orders, and requests efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.
- Fluent in Korean (spoken & written) – Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support is a plus.
- Certification in Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent) is an advantage.
