We are seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end financial activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's financial integrity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management

Manage accounting and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.

  • Reporting

Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Have a good understanding of Consolidation of Financials with multiple subsidiaries both domestic and international.

Be familiar with accounting standards (e.g., IND AS, GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.

  • Accounting Operations

Perform intercompany eliminations and reconciliation as a pre-requisite to Consolidated Financial Statements.

Collaborate with business units to resolve intercompany discrepancies and issues.

Collaborate with Group companies and Holding Company reporting.

  • Related Party Transactions

Reconcile and report all Related Party transactions.

Implement best practices and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Compliance and Controls

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.

Focus on identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and treasury, to support business initiatives and projects.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries and provide financial insights.

Requirements:
  • Must be a Chartered Accountant
  • 5-7 years of experience in accounting and record to report functions
  • Preferred Industry Experience: IT, ITES, Technology, FMCG and other related
  • Experience with BIG 4 audit firms would be preferred for a right candidate
  • Strong understanding of IndAS, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and FEMA
  • Proficiency in ERP systems - SAP
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines as required for a Listed Entity reporting
  • Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking, Strong attention to details
