Job Title: Finance Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

The successful candidate will have expertise in financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance. They will also have hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information systems (MIS) reports, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to facilitate fundraising activities and optimize cost savings.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial data and insights to inform business strategy and drive growth.
  • Manage direct tax, goods and services tax (GST), and tax deduction at source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis to support debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement cost optimization strategies, working capital management plans, and financial planning initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA)- Intermediate, Master's in Commerce (Mcom), Bachelor's in Commerce (Bcom)
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory roles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
