Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to lead and deliver strategic projects in the aviation sector.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of airline operations, systems, and processes, with a proven track record in project management, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership.

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of airline domain projects, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives are met
  • Engage closely with airline clients to understand business needs, define project scope, and translate them into actionable plans
  • Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies using agile/waterfall or hybrid methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, business analysts, and third-party vendors
  • Monitor and report project progress through regular status updates, dashboards, and stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards in all project phases
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices
  • Support pre-sales activities such as RFP responses, estimations, and client presentations (as required)

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 15+ years of total experience, with at least 5+ years managing projects in the airline or aviation industry.

Key skills and qualifications include knowledge of airline systems, enterprise applications, digital transformation, system integration projects, and excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

* 15+ years of total experience, with at least 5+ years managing projects in the airline or aviation industry

* Knowledge of airline systems, enterprise applications, digital transformation, system integration projects

* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
