Quality Excellence Manager for 3D Visuals

We're looking for a highly skilled Quality Manager to oversee the quality of our 3D products. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy process improvement, and want to make a real difference in product excellence, this could be your ideal role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality visuals through realism, lighting, and layout standards
  • Audit editor work, track rework trends, and lead corrective actions to maintain quality
  • Upskill editors based on real data analysis and provide actionable feedback
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and speed up editing without compromising quality
  • Boost performance metrics, reduce rework, and contribute to the growth of internal editing capabilities

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 3–5 years of experience in virtual staging with a focus on quality assurance
  • Previous experience as a QA leader or team member
  • Proficiency in key software tools like Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent visual feedback skills
  • Degree in Architecture or 3D Product Designing
