3D Architect Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented architectural professional to bring our design projects to life.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming conceptual architectural designs into high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings.

You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to communicate design intent clearly through precise 3D modeling, rendering, and animation.

Key Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Architecture and Interior Design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Architecture or related field
  • Experience with 3D modeling software and tools such as SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Create photorealistic 3D models based on 2D drawings and conceptual designs.
  • Develop walkthroughs and animations that showcase spatial aesthetics and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into realistic 3D representations.
  • Provide input during the design process to improve layout and functionality.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in architectural visualization and modeling.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards.

Bonus Skills:

  • Proficiency in Lumion and V-Ray
  • Familiarity with Rhino and D5 software
