Job Opportunity: 3D Design Professional

We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented 3D designer with hands-on experience in software tools.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional experience and be proficient in software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Vray, Lumion, 3ds max, and Coohom.

You will be responsible for creating realistic 3D visualizations, layouts, and design concepts that bring ideas to life.

  • Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior, exterior, and product design projects.
  • Develop and refine 2D layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Use SketchUp, Enscene, Lumion, and Coohom to produce photorealistic visualizations.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
  • Presentation of creative concepts, mood boards, and 3D design solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure accuracy in design outputs, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, rendering techniques, and software advancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a 3D Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in the following software:
  • SketchUp

  • 3ds max
  • Lumion
  • Coohom Software
    • Strong visualization skills with attention to detail, lighting, textures, and materials.
    • Good understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
