Our organization seeks a skilled Building Design Specialist.

This role involves creating architectural designs for various projects, including villas, apartments, commercial spaces, and layouts.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in architectural design, detailing, client coordination, and preparing working drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and layout development projects.

2. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, 3D models, and working drawings.

3. Collaborate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate multidisciplinary design inputs.

4. Participate in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits.

5. Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, building codes, and project requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.

2. 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.

4. Basic knowledge of construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with sustainable design or green building concepts.

2. Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as Lumion.
