Job Title: Architectural Design Manager

Job Description:
As a skilled architectural design manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our built environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving project success from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
  • Develop and implement effective design strategies that meet client needs and project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Review and provide feedback on schematic and working drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Coordinate with consultants and execution teams to ensure timely delivery and highlight potential bottlenecks.
  • Participate in site visits and field inspections to ensure project quality and compliance.


Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • At least 8 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in private residences.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools such as AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and construction methods.
  • Excellent command over English and local language with exceptional interpersonal skills.
