Job Title: Service Procurement Specialist

You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' Services business owners with sourcing, contracting, managing, and remittance processing of services contracts.

Partner with the client's SOW business owners to lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) and negotiation events on their behalf. Provide project oversight with regard to supplier invoice administration and settlement.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support clients' business owners with sourcing, contracting, managing, and remittance processing of services contracts.
  2. Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) and negotiation events on behalf of clients' business owners.
  3. Provide project oversight regarding supplier invoice administration and settlement.

Responsibilities include collaborating with clients' business owners to identify sourcing needs, developing and implementing procurement strategies, and negotiating contracts. Also, monitor and analyze supplier performance, manage conflicts, and implement process improvements as needed.

This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively support clients' business objectives. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Beyond these key responsibilities, this role involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. It demands a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining processes to maximize efficiency.
