Job Title: Project Lead

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to spearhead large-scale initiatives in collaboration with government entities and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Plan, manage, and deliver projects ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Tender & Bid Management: Oversee the process of government tenders from preparation to negotiation and follow-up.
  • Government Liaison: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with officials in government departments and infrastructure companies.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to government protocols and documentation standards throughout all project phases.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary interface between the company and key clients, providing timely updates and resolving concerns.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5 years of project management experience, preferably in government or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of government tendering, compliance, and documentation processes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with government officials and corporate clients.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools.
  • Existing network within relevant government departments or infrastructure firms [Preferred].
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and government procurement systems [Preferred].
