Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Website Developer to join our global team. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in architecting and developing custom post types, dynamic content structures, and optimizing website performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and customizing WordPress themes, plugins, and templates to meet the needs of large-scale websites.
  • Building with Gutenberg, Kadence, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to create engaging user experiences.
  • Managing large-scale content uploads, data migrations, and integrations to ensure seamless website operations.
  • Optimizing websites for speed, security, and SEO best practices to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with designers to implement responsive, user-focused layouts that enhance user engagement.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and continuously improving site performance to meet high standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in large-scale WordPress development with a strong focus on scalability and performance.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to ensure efficient website development.
  • Skill in Gutenberg, Kadence, and ACF to leverage their features effectively.
  • Solid foundation in SEO and website performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git preferred) to manage code revisions and collaborate with team members.
  • Familiarity with WP Engine hosting, AWS, and Cloudflare is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
