Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Action Accounting Administrator to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to global premier investment management clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cash and position reconciliations between Investment Manager books and Custodian books, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Responsible for client satisfaction, including direct communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Resolve discrepancies and take action on complex matters from external clients and internal departments, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of accounting principles, methodologies, and systems, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, including MBS, Fixed Income, Equities, Swaps, Futures, and Collateral.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with audiences of different sizes and levels of seniority.
