Territory Account Manager

The Territory Account Manager role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key customers across the jurisdiction. This includes achieving sales targets and delivering sustainable growth as per organizational strategy.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Maintaining high degree of KOL relationships with key customers.
  • Achieving 100% sales targets for the year.
  • Organizing value-based MDA programs with team members.

Responsibilities include extensive territory coverage, maintaining strong relationships with key surgeons, and achieving annual sales targets. Additionally, competition mapping within the territory and strategic conversion plans are key responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or similar degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in medical devices industry.
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills.
