Compliance Lead Role Overview

This key position involves overseeing the security compliance program for physical security officer services at data centers, ensuring all sites meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, supervise, and mentor a team of compliance specialists
  • Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with established procedures and policies
  • Develop and implement control measures to manage risk, reporting on compliance findings and recommending corrective actions
  • Collaborate across teams to improve policies, training, and overall security posture
  • Deliver clear and timely reports, conduct training sessions, lead webinars, and facilitate meetings to enhance compliance awareness

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive compliance experience, or a combination of both
  • 3+ years of experience managing people
  • ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 certification

Travel Requirements:

This role involves travel up to 50% of the time, so flexibility to accommodate domestic and international trips is essential. You must also be comfortable adjusting your schedule when needed.
