About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in supporting operational excellence within a dedicated business area. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with direct managers to drive financial activities, decision-making, and strategic projects forward.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with direct managers to ensure seamless execution of BPA strategic goals, focusing on timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Develop and provide insightful analysis and reporting, prioritizing accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Monitor ongoing business performance, identifying early warning signs for resource redirection and driving proactive measures with Business Partners.
  • Ensure data integrity from commercial teams, providing value-added insights and recommendations for forecast accuracy enhancement.
  • Support process improvements and lean initiatives across existing management reporting frameworks.
  • Foster effective partnerships with various business areas (FRA, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and more) to gather information accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to business case proposals, profitability tracking, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning processes.
  • Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours, as well as distribute marketing samples where applicable.
