Job Description

To drive business excellence and efficiency, we are seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Manager to lead our manufacturing transformation efforts.

  • The successful candidate will identify and deliver service improvement activities across the business by employing process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking.
  • They will work closely with key stakeholders and the Centre of Excellence to build a continuous improvement environment that supports ongoing manufacturing transformation and leads WCM practices.
Key Responsibilities

The role involves:

  • Implementing standard world-class manufacturing frameworks across pan-India plants.
  • Working with other teams and departments to devise new support materials based on revised processes, including training, reporting, and systems enhancements.
  • Actively monitoring project risks and identifying potential problems to proactively address them.
  • Ensuring business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported, and managed at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts, including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping.
  • Strong analytical, project, and product management skills, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
  • Ability to set up, facilitate, and lead service improvement workshops with various business stakeholders.
