We are seeking a Transformation Excellence Director to lead our organization in achieving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving process improvement, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Process Improvement:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate bottlenecks and waste.
  • Develop and implement structured methodologies for continuous improvement.

• Cost Optimization:

  • Partner with product, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to analyze and optimize cost drivers.
  • Lead value engineering and supplier benchmarking initiatives without compromising quality.

• Standardization and Best Practices:

  • Develop and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical processes.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and adapt them to our operations.

• Quality and Efficiency:

  • Collaborate with Quality teams to reduce defect rates and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to improve yield and throughput.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Engineering.
  • Proven experience in driving process improvement and cost reduction programs.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
