Expert Oracle Database Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Database Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement high-performance Oracle databases in development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
- Configure RAC, ASM, and clustering for optimal availability.
- Proactively monitor database health and performance using OEM and custom monitoring scripts.
- Perform advanced SQL query tuning, indexing strategies, and optimizer statistics management.
- Develop and implement robust backup and disaster recovery solutions using RMAN and Data Guard.
- Configure and manage standby databases for DR readiness.
- Implement data encryption and access control policies aligned with regulatory guidelines.
- Manage database auditing, logging, and compliance reporting.
- Develop shell scripts, PL/SQL scripts, and Ansible/Terraform playbooks to automate recurring DBA tasks.
- Partner with developers to optimize queries, stored procedures, and schema design.
- Support database integration in microservices architectures and APIs.
