Program Director: We are seeking a highly organized and creative Program Manager to lead the development and execution of experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate students.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in education operations, student engagement, or experiential learning. They should be able to develop and implement high-impact experiential learning challenges that equip students with real-world problem-solving and entrepreneurial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement experiential learning initiatives that foster student growth and development.
  • Manage diverse stakeholders, including mentors, facilitators, industry experts, and students, to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan and execute events across the UG program.
  • Handle logistics, budgeting, and finance coordination for experiential activities.
  • Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and communication of all initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in education operations, student engagement, or experiential learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, reporting, and student communication systems.
