Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our yarn sales efforts as the Head of Yarn Sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in various international and domestic markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with 15+ years of experience in domestic and international marketing or sales of yarn. You will work closely with product development, production, and supply chain teams to align marketing strategies with operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders in target countries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
