Software Search Specialist Job

Search Solutions Architect and Developer. Design, develop and implement search systems for B2B sales intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom search features using advanced search algorithms.
  • Create index templates and mappings to ensure data integrity.
  • Build query builders and search pipelines for complex business requirements.
  • Leverage AI/ML-powered search for data enrichment.
  • Develop APIs for search using Python (FastAPI).
  • Lead integration testing efforts for search features.
  • Automate deployment of search infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and product teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
  • Experience with AI-based search experiences such as RAG.
  • Expert level expertise in Python and FastAPI.
  • Deep understanding of search concepts: analysers, tokenisers and relevance tuning.
  • Experience with large-scale data modelling.
  • Prior experience developing software using AI-assisted tools is desirable.
  • Strong testing background: integration and performance testing.
  • DevOps skills: automation and cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in designing search pipelines and custom query builders.
