Our organization requires a diligent Technical Support Specialist to provide assistance to users and create instructional materials for internal use on our software platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing support articles on software features for clients, creating instruction manuals for internal use, designing system support guides, and assisting in the preparation of details for developing new features.

They will also be required to liaise with different teams concerning product development or project details and handle ad hoc assignments as needed.

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business Administration is essential for this role.
  • Preferably, the candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in software/product-related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail are required.
  • The candidate should possess good command of written and spoken English, as well as excellent report writing and research skills.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • The ideal candidate will be independent, self-motivated, responsible, and diligent, with a passion for software products and researching newest technology.
  • They should be able to work independently and meet deadlines, and be comfortable handling remote work and setting own deadlines.
  • Excellent skills in Excel & Word are required.
